  • The treatments are including intake, use of towels, heated oils and cleaning with wastonic.

What should I imagine when I get to step inside a sports masseur?


Well, you introduce yourself. And the sports masseur starts with questions ; concerning your general health,  what kind of sports you do, how many times or you've had injuries, etc. It is best to bring sports clothing as well. A T-shirt and shorts that you can hold while massaging.


I once heard that you were naked on a couch to lie down?


Nonsense. If your legs are massaged, then you keep your shorts on and when massaging your back, you are on your belly. As a rule, only that part of the body is naked, being worked on. The rest is covered with towels to prevent heatloss.

How often you need to be massaged, it will remain useful?


Once every two weeks is highly recommended. If possible every week. Always speaking the day after a heavy workout. And especially after a tough match. A sports masseur can 'read' the most of the body at that time. He can feel the best, how the body reacted to that burden. Whether the body has been recovered, or not yet. Where any weaknesses are, etc. Then he can perform its best in the advisory role.
